Who Jenny Was

A Daughter

Jenny was born in June of 1981 to Paul and Mary Sehenuk. She adored her parents and they adored her and supported all her various ambitions. They had an unconditional love for each other. Jenny prided herself in having head-to-head dance-offs with her mom and playing on a softball team with her dad.

A Sister

Jenny was the youngest of six kids, having four older brothers and a twin sister. She had a unique and beautiful relationship with each of her siblings. She loved spending time with them, playing board games and going on adventures, talking shit to her brothers and bantering with her twin. The void of not having her is indescribable.

An AuntJenny adored her nieces and nephews. She was a fun and outgoing aunt, always eager to spend time with them in any way she could. She would have been an incredible mom as she had a way with kids. She loved them fiercely.

A Friend

Jenny had more friends than she could keep up with. If you needed her she always showed up. She wasn’t a seasonal type of friend. She was genuine, spontaneous, and always remained loyal. She was generous to a fault and considered loving her friends without expectation something you just do.

An Adventurer

Jenny sought after adrenaline charged adventures as if her life depended on them. She was a certified scuba diver, a master sky diver, loved to bungee jump, camp, kayak, rock climb, cliff jump, you name it… she did it. She loved riding horses (would even steal the neighbors as a kid and ride it bare back), snowboarding, sky diving, dirt bike riding, and so much more.

An Athlete

Jenny played volleyball in high school and college, earning numerous awards. When she played at College of the Canyons she helped lead the team to win the state championships. She then went to play D1 at Nicholls University in Louisiana. She was driven, competitive, and focused. After college she played on numerous softball teams with family, friends and colleagues and snowboarded every chance she got.

A Stunt Woman

Jenny was a certified stunt woman, having completed an intense program at one of the top stunt schools in Southern California. She knew how to do 360 spins in a car, be caught on fire, jump out of a building, and stay submerged under water for 20 mins at a time, like she did on an episode of CSI. She played roles in various tv shows and movies, such as Mission Impossible 3, Sky High, Gilmore Girls, and many more.

A Bartender

Jenny bartended because she loved it. She graduated from bartending school and became a pro at making strong cocktails and heavily poured glasses of wine. Bartending allowed her to meet a ton of people, many of which she became instant friends with. She was also known for sipping on your drink as she brought it to you.

A Life Coach

As a certified life coach Jenny helped many people get their life back on track. She was skilled at helping others find their focus, identify their goals, build their self-esteem, pursue their career aspirations, fight addiction, and learn to truly enjoy life. She did this all with compassion, grace, and acceptance.

Who was Jenny to you?

We’d love to hear from you.
